Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, hosting, domain and any accounts it depends on are yours and registered in your name. You can take it to another developer whenever you like and you do not need our permission.
What does a project cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so we will not print a number we would have to walk back. What we will do is give you a fixed written price and a date before any work starts, rather than an hourly rate that grows.
