We work the other way round. The free scan and the conversation after it exist to find the actual bottleneck, and the bottleneck is frequently not the thing you came in asking about. A shop convinced it needs a website often turns out to need a verified Google listing and consistent contact details, which costs a fifth as much and works faster.
A website, a Google listing, local search work, paid ads, a CRM, automation, SaaS tools — these are implements, not the product. The product is working out which one your business actually needs next, and being willing to tell you when the answer is "none of them yet."

Before you commit to anything.
What if the diagnosis says I should not spend anything?
Then that is what we tell you, and it happens. Some businesses are held back by pricing, stock or staffing, and no amount of digital work fixes any of those. We would rather say so and keep the relationship than sell you a website that cannot work.
Do you take a monthly retainer?
Not by default. Entry-level local marketing retainers in Kolkata, Delhi and Bangalore run roughly ₹8,000–₹12,000 a month, which is ₹96,000–₹1,44,000 in a year, and for a small shop that is rarely the right shape.
If you later want ads managed on an ongoing basis, that is a deliberate separate arrangement — not something bundled in until you stop noticing it.
