Here is what that looks like in practice. A saree shop wakes up to "23 price questions answered last night, 4 people want to buy." A salon gets "11 bookings today, 10 confirmed, 2pm is free." You never need to learn the technology. It runs inside WhatsApp, a link, or a sheet you already use. What we build is usually one of three things: a chatbot that answers your customers in English, Hindi or Bengali; a small app that holds your list of customers, orders or fees and acts on it; or a connection that moves information from one place to another so nobody retypes it.
Every project is scoped and quoted individually, because the value depends on your volume. Running costs are named before you agree: WhatsApp business messaging is billed by Meta per message, and AI replies are metered by whoever provides them. Those are your bills, paid to them directly, not our margin.

Before you commit to anything.
Is this the same as the AI marketing subscriptions I keep seeing advertised?
No, and it is worth knowing the difference. Those products are subscriptions, typically around ₹60,000 a year in India, with WhatsApp conversation charges metered separately by Meta on top — a cost that has caught customers out because it was not mentioned before purchase.

How do I know if automation is worth it for me?
Count how many times a week you or your staff do the identical task by hand, and how long it takes. If it is not costing hours every week, automating it is a hobby rather than an investment, and we will say so.
