How much should I budget for ads on top?
Start at ₹100–₹200 a day and treat the first fortnight as buying information rather than buying sales. That is enough to learn which product and which audience actually respond, and small enough that learning it does not hurt.
Anyone who tells you a guaranteed return on ad spend before seeing your product and your margins is selling you something.
Do I need GST registration to sell online?
For most online marketplaces and payment gateways in India, yes. Rules vary by turnover, product category and platform, and they change — check with your accountant rather than taking our word for it. We are not tax advisors.
