How it works, and how long it takes
Most listings are done in five to ten working days. Google's review sets the date, not our work.
- Claim — day one. We find every listing Google has for your shop, old duplicates included, and claim the right one in your name. If an old agency or a relative holds it, we request ownership; Google gives them time to answer, which can add a few days.
- Verify — days one to seven. Google picks the method. For most shops in Kolkata it is now a short video recorded at the premises in one continuous take, and we record it with you. Google's review takes up to five business days; a postcard can take up to fourteen days to arrive.
- Details. Category, service area, hours, phone, website and description, changed over a few days — a burst of edits on a new profile is a common reason Google freezes it.
- Photos — same visit. Ten photographs: the front as customers see it from the road, the inside, and what you sell. Which ones matter first is in what photos actually belong on your Google Business Profile.
- Handover. A review QR code for your counter, a first post, and ten minutes on replying to reviews from your phone. You are the owner throughout.

What we need from you
- Your shop's name exactly as it is written on the board.
- A phone number you answer yourself, on a SIM in your own phone.
- Your address, or the areas you cover if you go to customers.
- Your opening hours, including the day you close.
- The Google account that should own the listing. We never need its password.
- One document with the business name and address on it: GST certificate, KMC trade licence, Udyam certificate or a CESC bill for the premises.
- About thirty minutes at the shop for the video and the photos.
Problems we fix

Before you commit to anything.
My listing says "permanently closed" and I never closed it. Can that be fixed?
Usually yes, though it takes patience rather than cleverness. It normally happens because someone used "Suggest an edit" and Google accepted it, or because the listing sat unverified so long that Google assumed the business was gone.
The fix is to regain ownership of the listing, reopen it from the dashboard, and if the control is missing or the change reverts, appeal to Google support in writing with proof the business trades — GST registration, a photo of the premises, a working website. A straightforward reopen can take days. A reclaim plus appeal can take several weeks, and anyone who promises you faster is guessing.
Do I need a website for a Google listing to work?
No. A listing works on its own and is often the better first move if money is tight — it is cheaper, it is faster, and for a walk-in business it is usually where the customers actually come from.
A website helps the listing rank and gives people somewhere to land, so the two reinforce each other. But if you can only do one thing this month, do the listing.
Is this a monthly service?
No. ₹999 once, and the work is finished and handed over. Google listings need occasional posts and review replies to stay strong, and we will show you how to do that yourself rather than charge you monthly for it.
How long until my shop shows on Google Maps?
For your own shop name, usually within days of verification. For searches like "mobile repair near me" it takes longer and depends on distance, category and reviews — nobody can honestly promise a date for that.
Do you need my Google password?
No, and you should not give it to anyone. You stay the owner and add us as a manager from your phone. You can remove us the same way when the work is done.
Someone else controls my listing. Can you get it back?
Usually, through Google’s ownership-request process. It takes longer than a fresh listing, and we tell you the likely timeline once we have looked at it.
Can you get my shop to the top of Google Maps?
No one can promise that. Google ranks local results mostly on distance, relevance and how established the business looks. We fix everything in your control; distance is not.
