Who you are dealing with

This website and the services on it are operated by Orderzone, a GST-registered sole proprietorship based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The GSTIN is shown in the footer of every page.

Using this website means you accept what is written here. If you do not, please do not use it.

The free scan

The scan is free and always will be. You keep the findings whether or not you buy anything, and you may hand them to your own developer or another agency — we do not claim any ownership of a report about your own business.

It is an automated diagnostic, not a guarantee. It reports what our checks could see at the moment they ran. A perfect score does not mean your business will rank or sell, and a poor score does not mean it will fail. Two of the checks — your Google Business Profile and whether your details match across platforms — are done by hand and sent separately.

Prices and quotes

Prices published on this site are for the scope described alongside them. Anything outside that scope is quoted in writing before work starts, and we do not begin work you have not agreed to in writing.

Published prices may change. The price you are quoted in writing is the price that applies to your job, and we will not revise it mid-project unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope.

Taxes are charged as required by law and shown on the invoice.

Costs that are not ours

Some running costs go to other companies, never to us, and we will estimate them before you commit. Advertising spend goes to Google or Meta. WhatsApp campaign messaging is metered by Meta per message. Domains and hosting renew annually with their providers.

We do not mark these up and we do not take a commission on them.

What you own

Everything we build for you is registered in your name from day one: the domain, the hosting, advertising accounts, your Google Business Profile, your customer data, and the source code of anything custom.

If you stop working with us you lose nothing and you need no permission from us to take it elsewhere. We will hand over logins on request without conditions.

What we need from you

Timelines quoted — such as seven working days for a starter website — begin when we have your content: photographs, product or service details, and the text you want on the page. Waiting on content is the most common reason a project runs late.

You confirm that anything you give us is yours to use, and that you are entitled to authorise work on the accounts and domains involved.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, advertising performance, sales, or traffic. Nobody honestly can — those depend on Google, Meta, your competitors, your pricing and your customers, none of which any agency controls. Be careful of anyone who does guarantee them.

What we do commit to is a defined scope, a fixed price, an agreed date, and honest reporting including when the numbers are disappointing.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for fraud.

Otherwise, our liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business opportunity.

The free scan is provided as-is. It costs nothing and creates no liability.

Cancellation

You may cancel a project before work starts and owe nothing. Once work has begun, you pay for what has actually been done, and we hand over whatever exists at that point.

We may decline or stop work if it would require us to do something dishonest or unlawful — fake reviews, misleading advertising claims, or scraping a competitor. We will say so plainly and refund anything not yet earned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before anyone goes near a court, message us. Most things are a misunderstanding and can be fixed in a conversation.
