Is the scan really free, or does something get held back?
Really free, and nothing in the findings is held back. You get the score and every problem we found, in writing, whether or not you ever talk to us again.
It's also, obviously, how we find clients — we're not pretending otherwise. But the value doesn't depend on you buying anything.
What does it cost if I want you to fix things?
Prices are published on this page rather than quoted after a call. Google listing, done properly, ₹4,999; Starter website, ₹14,999; Store and ads setup, ₹24,999.
Each is a one-off fixed price, not a monthly fee. For comparison, entry-level local SEO retainers in Kolkata, Delhi and Bangalore run roughly ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 a month, which is ₹96,000 to ₹1,44,000 in the first year — and the work stops when the payments stop.
Anything outside these packages is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts. Running costs that are not ours — ad spend, WhatsApp messaging billed by Meta, domain and hosting renewals — are named upfront, never added afterwards.
How long does the work take?
The scan itself returns in under a minute, and the by-hand half of the findings comes within one working day.
A starter website ships in seven working days from the point we have your content — photos, product list, the text you want on it. Google listing work is usually two to three days, most of which is waiting on Google to verify. Store and ads setup runs longer because the first campaign needs a fortnight of tuning after it goes live.
I don't have a website. Can you still scan me?
Yes, and this is the most useful case. Plenty of shops have no site but do have a Google listing, a Facebook page, a WhatsApp number and a name customers search for. All of that is checkable — and "no website" is often not the biggest problem we find.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to run your scan and send you the result. We don't sell your details to anyone, and we don't call you repeatedly — if you don't reply, that's your answer and we leave it there.
Can I see your past client work?
Not yet. Orderzone is new, and we're not going to fill this page with stock logos or invented statistics to hide that.
That's exactly why the scan is free and why our first clients get reduced rates in exchange for an honest testimonial. You're getting a better price because we need the track record more than you need us.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. Work is quoted once, as a fixed price, and then it is finished and handed over. You are not locked into paying every month to keep something you have already paid for.
If you later want ads run or campaigns managed on an ongoing basis, that is a separate arrangement you choose deliberately — not the default, and not bundled in so you stop noticing it.
Are there running costs on top of what you quote?
Sometimes, and we name them before you agree to anything. Ad spend goes to Google or Meta, not to us. WhatsApp campaign messaging is billed by Meta per conversation and can run to several thousand rupees a month at volume. Domain and hosting renew yearly.
None of that is hidden in our quote, because finding out about a recurring bill after you have paid is the fastest way to lose someone permanently.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Search rankings, ad performance and customer behaviour aren't under any agency's control. What we commit to is a defined scope, a fixed price, an agreed timeline and honest reporting — including when the numbers are bad.
Who owns the website, accounts and data if you build something?
You do. Domain, hosting, ad accounts, Google Business Profile, customer data — all registered in your name and handed over. If you stop working with us you lose nothing and need no one’s permission to move on.
Do you work outside Kolkata?
The scan works anywhere in India. Implementation work is best where we can visit the business and see the customers first-hand, which for now means Kolkata and around it.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Orderzone is a GST-registered business and every payment is invoiced properly, so you can claim input credit where applicable.
